Its convenience to attractions is superb.

I was frustrated with the lack of housekeeping during my week-long stay. Our room promised cleaning every other day, but it took 7 days for someone to show up. To make matters worse, the internet service was unreliable during the first couple of days.

Impressive, reasonably large room provided with dishwasher, fridge. So many great options for breakfast, such as cookies, yogurt and scrambled eggs. Accommodating personnel and marvellous and favourable location close to everything. Based not far from restaurants, a large shopping center and the shops and restaurants.

The staff was always very friendly and the complimentary food was an outstanding value.

We were disappointed the hottub was closed in October since we came to run the marathon. Otherwise, nothing.

Breakfast was good every morning.

Maids came very late to clean the room. Except the day I was checking out, then they came at 0800.

The evening live music at the nearby Rio area was a good touch, and the friendly staff made our stay feel very welcoming. A pleasant experience away from city noise.

All the staff was extremely great, solved my issues. I had cozy, impressive room with extra pillows and fridge, as for instance, had good night's sleep.

Very quiet and relaxing... I love the breakfast served each morning... Very clean and full of good selections. The staff was just very polite and always greeted us each time.

The time in which they cleaned the rooms was very late in the day. We had to leave our room to allow them to do so. Also a clean person tried to open our door without knocking, but we had the lock on it so they called the room.

The Queen Studio Sofa Bed had nice kitchen amenities and easy access to a nearby shopping center. Unfortunately, cleanliness could use improvement, as I noticed some stains on furniture. Happy that the hotel offers bike rentals for exploring the area. Wireless internet was slow .

The location was a short walk to the shopping center, and the spacious suite was perfect for our family stay. Enjoyed the nearby entertainment options and fantastic dining opportunities. It felt almost like at home.

Breakfast had many choices, like fruit, waffles, and decent coffee. The location was convenient for nearby dining and shopping. The King-size bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful . The overall atmosphere was cute 😊

The staff were very friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast was pretty good, decent choices and always stocked. One time, I needed extra towels and they came so fast I didn't even finish my coffee! The walk to the nearby shops was pleasant.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

The One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious, great for family stays. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, but the sofa bed was kind of worn out. The overall decor felt a bit dated and needed some TLC. Kitchen amenities were decent but not perfect. Saw some stains on the carpet and furniture. The atmosphere was okay, and it had enough room for everyone to move around without feeling cramped.

Spacious suite and great kitchen, but bed height was a challenge for wheelchair access.

Loved the spacious One-Bedroom Queen Suite, perfect for family stays! The modern kitchen amenities made meal prep easy, and we enjoyed the nearby RIO shopping center for dining options. Just a tip, ask about parking options to avoid extra charges!

I liked staying here, the room was spotless and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of food, like cookies, yogurt, and yummy scrambled eggs 🍳.
